This apartment has a private double bedroom, an open mezzanine bedroom above the living room with 2 single pull-out sofa-beds, and a comfortable double sofa-bed in the living room itself, allowing a maximum of 6 guests to stay here.

It is located in the historical Graça neighborhood, in an area full of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes, and close to the tram and bus stops for excellent transport options into the center of Lisbon and beyond. From here it is a short walk to 2 spectacular viewpoints (the Miradouro da Graça, and the Miradouro da Senhor do Monte) and also to the sights and sounds of the Alfama old town area of central Lisbon.

The living room is bright and spacious and includes a modern flatscreen TV (with cable channels), wi-fi Internet, stereo, videogames console, and a large sofa which folds out to provide a comfortable sleeping space (196cm x 200 cm) for two guests. Garret windows open to give access to a front terrace with views of the Graça district and towards the river.

In one corner of the living room there is a dining table and chairs, and here we can also find the stairs leading up to the mezzanine floor, which comprises an open space bedroom with 2 single pull-out sofa beds (195 cm x 82 cm) for two further guests.

Down the corridor, we find a bedroom with double bed (165 cm x 200 cm). There is also a complete kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, washing and dryer machine and dishwasher, and a clean and modern bathroom with bathtub and shower unit. In winter, the property is heated with portable electric heaters.

From the kitchen, it is possible to access the back terrace, a lovely space where it is possible to sit outside and enjoy the views over the hills of Lisbon.

This charming property is located in the Graça district, close to excellent transport facilities (tram and bus), making it very easy to get to all the central areas of Lisbon and beyond. The famous 28 tram stops here, as do other other bus lines.

It is very easy to walk to the Castle from here, in just 10-12 minutes. The Cathedral is a short walk beyond the Castle and then you are in the very center of Lisbon.

Nearby there are many forms of traditional commerce, with shops of every possible description offering all you may need during your stay, as well as cafes and restaurants aplenty. From here it is possible to walk to Alfama, the National Pantheon, two very impressive viewpoints, the Castle, Cathedral and beyond to the heart of Lisbon.

Graça Charm stay

Graça Charm was a fantastic place to stay for my first time in Lisbon. Graça seems like a really nice, safe, stylish neighbourhood, and the apartment is a very short walk to the amazing terrace view of Miradouro da Graça. Transport links were good also with a stop on the hair-raising ride on the 28 tram just outside, which takes you to the heart of Lisbon and a store very close to get tram tickets. The apartment is large and spacious, very light (Though we couldn't get one of the motorized blinds to open in the living room). The front and back balconies are amazing, the rear one being of a large size, offering a view of the city, though there was no table or chairs out there to eat breakfast on. There is on the front balcony though, which has a view of the water but can be a little precarious to get up on as there's quite a step. Michelle greeted us and went out of her way to give us some fantastic advice on how to get around Lisbon, what we could feasibly see in the time we had, and where all the local amenities were(handy grocery stores are just downstairs). The shower was a bit of a struggle, it had very little water pressure and the boiler pretty much always needed a bang to get it going (a solution directed to us by Michelle). This is a fourth floor walk-up which is worth knowing if you can't handle a lot of stairs, but affords you some fantastic views from the apartment. Michelle was very responsive with any questions we had. Thank you for an amazing stay and experience in Lisbon!
