You may be coming here for work or on business and are looking for extended stays in corporate housing, or are looking to relocate to Lisbon and need expatriate relocation accommodation. Or perhaps you need long-term furnished self-catering rentals in serviced apartments and this is exactly what we can now offer. And of course, as a professional enterprise, we can provide all our clients with a detailed invoice for company expense declarations.

We have developed a rough guide to the monthly rates for both corporate or business clients and also non-corporate clients requiring serviced long-stay Lisbon apartments. Please note that these rates are only available for extended stays of more than 4 weeks. All rates are negotiable, so please contact us for help negotiating your long-term stay. As a Lisbon based company we have many local contacts and regularly speak to the many apartment owners in Lisbon. We, therefore, have a vast selection of property types available many of which are not published on our short-term rentals website.


Studio (T0) of 25m2 - Escadinhas da Achada (Available 1st December)

Price: 800€ / month. All bills paid separately   


T0 - Rua das Gaivotas (available from January 1st, 2020)

Semi-furnished 40m2 studio apartment on the 1st floor with a fully equipped kitchen. Double bed in sleeping space separated from the living room by a dividing half-wall. Living/dining space with kitchenette and balcony. Large, full-length double-glazed windows give access to a narrow balcony overlooking the quiet street. Washing machine.

Price: 800€ / month. All bills paid separately    


T1 - Escadinhas da Achada (available 1st November)

The 30m2 2nd-floor apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen/living space and a bathroom. It is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and has amazing city views.  

Price: 950€ / month. All bills paid separately   


T1, Marques de Pombal - 5th Floor (available from 1st April 2020, only if the current tenant doesn't renew)
This 1-bedroom apartment is located in Largo de Andaluz 15. Although very near to Marquês de Pombal (where there is a metro station), this specific location is quiet. The apartment block is well built, solid and well structured. The apartment has a bright living room with air-conditioning, 1 bedroom, bathroom, and small independent kitchen. Located on the 5th floor of a building with lift.

Price: 1100 € / month.   All bills paid separately  


T1 - Rua Bernardo Lima (available 1st July 2020)
Small 1-bedroom apartment with spacious balcony on 2nd floor of a building located close to the Marques de Pombal square and metro. Fully-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, living room, bathroom with bathtub & shower unit, balcony, TV, and Internet.

Price: 800€/month.  All bills paid separately  


T1 - Rua Alexandre Sá Pinto (available 1st May 2020, only if current tenant doesn't renew)
Recently renovated, stylishly furnished one-bedroom apartment located in the beautiful Belém area of the city. Bedroom with double bed, living room with TV, Internet, etc and a kitchen-dining room with large windows allowing lots of sun and natural light.

T2 - Avenida Elias Garcia (not available)
2-bedroom property with 2 bathrooms and an area of approximately 80m2, on the 3rd floor of a building with lift. Living room, fully-equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment has a pleasant balcony with a small table and chairs. Excellent location close to transport and commerce, just 5 minutes walk from Campo Pequeno metro station (please note that photos were taken before the owner had moved, and show the apartment in disarray and with some personal items still present in the property).
Price: 1200€/month with all bills paid separately.

For stays of 1 year or less, the utility bills can be negotiated into the monthly rate. For stays of 1 year or more utility bills are not usually included in the cost. Normally a deposit fee will be paid to confirm your booking, and then 2 months' rent is paid on arrival, but this may change according to circumstances. We can accompany you on visits to the apartments and help in all aspects of the rental.
