These prices are just an indication and may vary according to your needs. For stays of 1 year or less the utility bills can be negotiated into the monthly rate. For stays of 1 year or more utility bills are not usually included in the cost. Normally a deposit fee will be paid to confirm your booking, and then 2 months' rent is paid on arrival, but this may change according to circumstances. We can accompany you on visits to the apartments and help in all aspects of the rental.
