The apartment was completely renovated in 2013 fully equipped with all mod-cons for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The decor is fresh and neutral with homely soft furnishings. The is plenty of natural light from the large traditional windows.

There are 2 separate bedrooms, One spacious double bedroom, and the other with a single day bed that converts into two beds. The bedrooms are bright and neutral with clothes storage space.

The living area is a good size and has many windows allowing lots of natural light. There is lots of comfortable seating and a TV with Cable and internet. To one side there is a comfortable dining table for 4.

The bathroom has a brand new bathroom suite and has been fitted with a shower unit, heated towel rack, mirror and cabinet. The kitchen is also newly fitted and contains all the necessary cooking utensils and equipment. The kitchen also contains a dishwasher, washing machine, and ironing facilities.

The apartment is fresh and bright throughout. The apartment is a tranquil space located on a quiet street. The apartment still has lots of the charm of being an old property yet with all modern fittings.

Location and Surroundings

Principe Real is a chique and trendy area with its own vibe. There are lots of enchanting little shops, cafe's and romantic parks and gardens. The neighbourhood is situated very close to the heart of Lisbon yet it feels distinct and considerably calmer. Just a short walk down hill and you can find the lively Bairro Alto (particularly famed for its night life) and Chiado considered to be the heart of Lisbon. On the walk down hill towards the heart of Lisbon you will come across the spectacular vantage point of São Pedro de Alcantra where the views across the city to the castle up on the hill.

Within walking distance of the apartment it is possible to catch public transport to travel across the city and beyond. The metro stations Rato or Baixo Chaido are both easily within walking distance and the Cais de Sodré train station in downtown Lisbon, also within walking distance, will take you out along to the coast and beach at Cascais.

- 150 euros security/damage deposit required to be paid and will be returned at the end of your stay upon check out provided no damages are incurred.
