This is a stylish apartment on the second floor of an amazing old building recently renovated, where up to 6 people can find theirselves at home while visiting our beautiful city. It is equipped with some uncommon luxury items like our hydromassage shower cabin for instance.

The property is integrated in a typical neighborhood in the centre of Lisbon, within walking distance from Rossio, Elevador da Gloria, Elevador da Lavra, Teatro D' Maria II, 'Baixa' shopping area and near most of the main attractions of the city.

There is a comfortable living room with all the comodities you will need. Here you have the TV, DVD player, Internet, a laptop Computer and Air Conditioning. Also, a comfortable large sofa where you can rest after a tiring day visiting the city. Here you can also find lots of information about the city in the form of several leaflets about the different attractions and monuments.

The main Bedroom has a comfortable double bed, huge window from which you can see the Tagus river, a closet and air conditioning. The second Bedroom, also hasa huge window with views over Lisbon. It also has a closet and the double bed which is large and comfortable. Lastly, the third bedroom also has a big double bed, large window and closet.

The fully equipped kitchen contains: Fridge; Freezer; Stove; Oven; Microwave; Kettle; Toaster; Washing machine; Coffee machine. Here you can also find some basic ingredients for cooking, like salt, sugar, olive oil, spices, etc. The towels for the bathroom are included. Here you have a hydromassage shower cabin, and there's also a hair dryer.

Location and Surroundings

Located in the Pena district of downtown Lisbon, less than 5 minutes walk from the main Rossio square, perhaps Lisbon's most central point. The are is well communicated, with 2 or 3 Metro stations nearby. The airport bus arrives conveniently at Rossio, and from here you can take the trains to nearby locations such as Sintra.

This is a traditional historic area of Lisbon and there are plenty of cafeterias and traditional restaurants within walkign distance.

- Smoking and pets are not allowed on the apartments
- The prices include Towels, Linen, Electricity, Water, TV, Internet Access, Final Cleaning
- On arrival a deposit of 150 Euros is requested. That value is returned on departure if the apartment is left in good condition
- Checkin is at 14:00 or after; Checkout is at 11:00 or before; If we have no other guests arriving/departing at the same day we usually accept earlier checkins and later checkouts
- Surcharge of 30€ for late check-ins after 8pm and 40€ for check-ins after midnight, but cleaning fee is included in daily rate
