Imagine a place where you can enjoy some of the most amazing relaxation experiences, such as having a private Hot Tub bath with aromatherapy, or your own sauna session, or perhaps just enjoying the sun with a river view in the outside deck terrace. Here even the winter days are great for your vacations, as the luxury Hot Tub and Sauna feel even better in this season.

Now imagine all of this close to the Lisbon city centre, within walking distance of several major tourist attractions. It's the perfect combination between sightseeing and relaxing!

This unique Lisbon property has 2 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa-bed, accommodating a total of 6 guests. It has a total area of 130m2, with an interior of 70m2 and an exterior area including the desk terrace of 60m2. It is located in the traditional Santa Engracia area of Lisbon, close to the National Pantheon, the Feira da Ladra flea market and the Santa Apolonia metro and train station.

It is located on the 3rd-floor (with no lift) of a recently renovated building which is fully furnished and prepared to receive discerning guests. All Rooms are bright, with splendid river views.

Terrace / Deck
The magnificent 60m² deck terrace decorations where inspired in oriental cultures, as homage to the Portuguese navigators that departed from the Tagus River in discovery of Asia during the XVII century. At one side we have a large table for outside meals where you can enjoy a nice river view and at the other side we have a large auning, beneath which we can find perhaps the most defining element of this very special property: a luxurious Hot Tub with water cascade and aromatherapy, were you can privately enjoy a truly relaxing experience, a personal outside Spa whether itis Winter or Summer!

Living Room
In the living room we have a comfortable sofa which folds out to provide sleeping space for 2 extra guests, and where you can get relax in front of our Full HD LCD + Home Cinema. There is also a dining area with dining table and chairs for meals in a cosy environment. The living room has a door through to the deck terrace so that you can easily enjoy all that this magnificent outside area has to offer.

Bedrooms (2)
Both bedrooms have windows facing the terrace. The main bedroom has a large double bed and the second bedroom has two singles. Both rooms have reading lamps, bedside tables and storage space for clothes and personal belongings.

Kitchen
The kitchen was designed in a modern fashion, and is fully equipped. There is also access from here to the terrace, so that you may easily take out drinks or food, to sample a tasty Portuguese wine outside, for example.

Bathroom
The clean and modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower with space for 2 persons. At one side there's a hidden ceiling shower with a wooden bench, on the opposite there's a hydro-massage shower.

Sauna
Here's we have another emblematic facility, allowing you to enjoy a fantastic sauna session whenever you wish. This private sauna room is an extremely cosy environment with wooden benches, providing a truly relaxing a beneficial moment during your stay.

Location and Surroundings

The apartment is located in a residential area built in the 60's, and therefore it's not the most picturesque part of Lisbon, but it has the benefit of abundant parking, and proximity to several major tourist attractions, and the Old Town Alfama area.

Santa Engrácia neighbourhood stands at the hill above Santa Apolonia, and it's one of Lisbon's traditional neighbourhoods near the Graça district. The street-view is also very nice, and although the apartment is located in a residential area built around 1960, several interesting and important historic places are just a few steps away, starting with the "Convento dos Barbadinhos" and the Water Museum (Museu da Agua) just a block away, or the famous "Feira da Ladra" flea market at just 500m. But the true high-point of this area is the Santa Engrácia Church, one of Lisbon most important monuments also known as the "Panteão Nacional" or National Pantheon (600m).

A little further on you can enjoy some of city's best panoramic views at Miradouro da Graça, Miradouro de Santa Luzia, or the magnificent Miradouro Senhora do Monte, fantastic viewpoints in the Graça area. Once you're there you can't miss out on another Lisbon icon, the majestic Sao Jorge Castle. Also at Largo da Graça you can start a trip around the city and almost back in time by taking the famous 28 Tram.

Additional information

All prices include full use of the apartment's equipment and utilities. You don't have to pay extra for cleaning, ADSL internet, air conditioning or cot. The price includes full and private use of the Hot Tub, Sauna and Massage Shower.

Children age 2 and under using the cot are not charged. Initial cleaning is included at the price, as well as bed linen & towels. Additional cleaning is available on request for 40€.

Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit of 200€ in cash, to guarantee the safe return of the apartment and its contents. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full, at check-out, after inspection of the apartment and if no damage has been caused.
