A compfortable double sofa-bed in the living room allows a further 2 guests, meaning that a total of 4 persons can stay here comfortably.

The bedroom is reasonably spacious and includes a large double bed, storage cupboards and mirrors. The bathroom is clean and modern and has a stand-up shower cubicle.

The living room includes a fully-equipped kitchenette, with electric hob, microwave, firdge-freezer and washer-dryer. There is a dining table and chairs, a flat-screen cable TV and a comfortable sofa which folds out to allow 2 further guests to sleep here comfortably.

Having been recently renovated in the second-half of 2011, the entire apartment is clean, modern and fully functional, and located in one of the most sought-after areas of Lisbon - the central bairro Alto district.

Location and Surroundings

Just round the corner from the lively Bairro Alto nightlife district, but in a quiet street allowing you to sleep peacefully at night, this apartment enjoys a wonderful central location for your visit to Lisbon.

The beautiful Miradouro do Admastor viewpoint is just round the corner, as is the Miradouro Sao Pedro de Alcantara viewpoint. The shopping and design district of Chiado is within 5-10 minutes walking distance and the famous Elevador da Bica (300m away) and Elevador de Santa Justa are both nearby.

This area is great for transport too, with trams and buses stopping just 200 metres from the apartment and a metro station approximately 500 metres away.

Of course, being the Bairoo Alto, there are hundreds of restaurants, cafeterias and bars, as well as shops, banks and all that you need for a pleasant stay.
