This spacious (110m2 in area) luxury two-bedroom apartment is located in the Parque das Nações area of Lisbon, in a modern building with private parking space, lifts/elevators, 24-hour security and much more.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom possesing a king-size double bed (160cm x 200cm) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as well as plenty or storage space for clothes and other belongings. The second bedrooms has 2 single beds (90cm x 190cm) and is also quite ample. Just across the hall from the second bedroom is a second bathroom, also with bathtub.

The large living room has beautiful views over the area and contains a dining area with table and chairs, cable TV, DVD player and fibre optic broadband internet. For extra guests there are also two individual fold-away sofa-beds.

The modern kitchen has a stove and electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dish washer, washing and drying machine and everything you might need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Lisbon.

Finally, and included in the rental price, there is a garage with one parking place included.

Location and Surroundings

The neighborhood is full of interesting attractions: the oceanarium, the cable car and Lisbon's casino. It is also close to all the most important commerce, offices and entertainment areas, as well as the pedestrian and bicycle area by the river. Buses, train and metro stops are also less than 3 minutes away. There is also a fitness centre with a indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and gym in the building . You are also at about 15 minutes by subway to the historic centre of Lisbon.

The apartment has a very central location with all public transportation at the doorstep (metro, train, airport). One minute walking distance to restaurants, bars & other entertainment (Casino, Aquarium - Oceanario- , Pavilhão Atlantico (Events Pavillion/ Concert House), Movie theatres).

The FIL exhibition building and Lisbon's nautical centre at the Oceanarium are also nearby.

Vasco da Gama shopping mall is 5 minutes away. Also less than 5 minutes walking to gardens, sports facilities, and the pedestrian Parque das Nações area.

There is easy access to historic downtown through Calatrava designed Gare do Oriente multimodal station (train or subway). From here you will arrive in about 15 minutes into the old town centre of the capital with all of the historical sightseeing attractions and entertainment.
