The modern built one bedroom apartment is bathed in light with colourful and stylish decor.The sofa bed in the living area gives the option of an additional two guests. The apartment benefits from all the facilities of a new build apartment, it situated on the third floor with an elevator and wheelchair access.

The apartment is a spacious 80m2 with five large windows allowing for plenty of natural light and those beautiful views. The spacious living areas is both modern and comfortable, plenty sofas for relaxing as well as a separate dinning area and table large enough for four to dine comfortably. The living area is fully equipped with wi-fi, cable TV, music system and DVD player.

The Bedroom houses a large double bed for two guests. The bedroom is bright and stylishly decorated with plenty of storage space for clothes and personal belongings. The full length window allows for plenty of natural light.

The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped for all your self catering needs. Included in the kitchen is an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and a washing machine and with the extra bonus of having a dishwasher.

The separate modern bathroom comes with a bath and the extra little detail of being equipped with a a hair dryer.

This is spacious and bright apartment is equipped with all the facilities needed for an easy and relaxing stay. The stylish and comfortable wooden floor runs through out the apartment. Location and Surroundings

MyPlace Bairro Alto is situated in the heart of Lisbon's vibrant and bustling Bairro Alto. By day this neighbourhood is full of character, historical streets lined with small local shops, cafes and full of real Lisbon living. Bairro Alto is a great place to roam around the winding narrow streets full of charm. By night restaurants and Bars pop up all over the Bairro. The neighborhood is famed for its nightlife, both young and old can enjoy this central neighbourhood's charm. The Bairro hosts some of Lisbon's most famous Fado houses, a great place for all ages to spend an evening.

Just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and you can catch the famous 28 electric tram which will take you to all the historic areas of central Lisbon, including the Old Town Alfama district where you can visit the Cathedral, and also to the area close to the Castle

Alternatively the apartment is only a short walk to the restaurants, cafés and traditional Fado houses of this famous district in central Lisbon, and just 5-10 minutes from the Praça Luís de Camões square and the heart of Chiado.
