Although our Lisbon apartments are designed for short stays with daily rental fees, we appreciate that some of our clients are looking for extended stays in Lisbon and need a special weekly or monthly rate for self-catering accommodation with high-speed Internet connection.

You may be coming here for work or on business and are looking for extended stays in corporate housing, or are looking to relocate to Lisbon and need expatriate relocation accommodation. Or perhaps you need long-term furnished self-catering rentals in serviced apartments and this is exactly what we can now offer. And of course, as a professional enterprise we can provide all our clients with a detailed invoice for company expense declarations.

We have developed the weekly and monthly rates below for both corporate or business clients and also non-corporate clients requiring serviced long-stay Lisbon apartments. Please note that these rates are only available for extended stays of more than 2 weeks (weekly rates) or more than 4 weeks (monthly rates).

 

All year	YEARLY RATE - 1000 EUROS/MONTH (This rate requires a 12-month contract. Electricity, water & Internet not included in this rate)
Low Season	WEEKLY RATE - 400 EUROS MONTHLY RATE - 1300 EUROS
Medium Season	WEEKLY RATE - 425 EUROS MONTHLY RATE - 1500 EUROS
High Season	WEEKLY RATE - 450 EUROS MONTHLY RATE - 1700 EUROS
Rates include:	Initial & weekly cleaning, weekly change of all towels & bed-linen, fully furnished serviced apartments with high-speed broadband wi-fi Internet connection.
