Looking for an apartment in Lisbon for a longer period of time? Perhaps for a few months, 1 year, or longer? Although most of our Lisbon apartments are designed for short stays with daily rental fees, we appreciate that some of our clients are looking for extended stays in Lisbon and need a special weekly or monthly rate for self-catering accommodation with high-speed Internet connection.

T0, Alfama (available 1st February 2018, only if current tenant doesn't renew)
Small (18m2) studio apartment located in the historic Alfama district and very close to a stop on the famous number 28 tram, this property for 1 or 2 is the ideal place from which to explore the city. During your visit to Lisbon, experience neighborhood life through this typical, fully-renovated and equipped apartment.

T1, Travessa do Olival à Graça (available from end July, but may be visited only after July 26th)

Room in Shared House: 250-400 EUROS PER MONTH
(For info only: unfortunately, our company only has entire apartments)

Studio Apartments: 550-750 EUROS PER MONTH

1 bedroom Apartments: 750-1200 EUROS PER MONTH

2 & 3 bedroom Apartments: 1200-2500 EUROS PER MONTH 

These prices are just an indication and may vary according to your needs. For stays of 1 year or less the utility bills can be negotiated into the monthly rate. For stays of 1 year or more utility bills are not usually included in the cost. Normally a deposit fee will be paid to confirm your booking, and then 2 months' rent is paid on arrival, but this may change according to circumstances. We can accompany you on visits to the apartments and help in all aspects of the rental.
