Location and Surroundings

The apartment is located in the central and historic Mouraria neighbourhood from where you can walk to the very centre of Lisbon in just 5-10 minutes. The Lisbon castle is within walking distance, as are the traditional districts of Graça and Alfama. The building is very quiet and you can find a late night shop open until 24h just round the corner. Private parking is available.
 Located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Lisbon and  major sights such as the Castle, Alfama and the Cathedral, come and enjoy wonderful sunsets and sunrises from the outside terrace.

Additional information

Check in and check out times are flexible.
There is a security deposit of 150 Euros which will be refundable in full as long as no damage is done to the apartment, this amount will be increased to 250 Euros for stays longer than 4 weeks, to 600 Euros for stays between 2  and 6 months and to 900 Euros for stays longer than 6 months.
There will be an additional cleaning fee of 45 Euros per stay or per month.
Check in and check out times are flexible, but will normally be 3pm and 11pm respectively.
