The apartments are located on three floors and are named after different districts in Lisbon. Baixa is on the ground floor, Alfama is on the first floor and Chaido and Graca are on the second floor. The third floor is home to the Belem and Bairro Alto apartments.

The apartments naturally have all the necessary conveniences. In addition to a double bed, sofa bed, couch and dining table, the kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, refrigerator, cutlery and crockery, pans, a microwave oven, etc. Also all bed linen and towels are provided.

All of the apartments have been designed with your comfort in mind and decorated with a mixture of modern and traditional features, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Each apartment can sleep up to four people in a double bedroom and on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. What's more, you will find a private bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, a coffee and tea pot, a fan, heating and a hair dryer. There is also a dining table and chairs, cupboards, refrigerator, magnetron and stove, there is a TV, a free internet connection (wireless) and all the necessary cutlery, pans, towels and bed linen.

"Chiado" is the name of the apartment on the second floor, located together with the "Graça" apartment on this same floor, in the same building.

Apartments in the typical Madragoa neighbourhood of Lisbon between Lapa and Santos-o-Velho where you will find many local restaurants and shops. The city centre can easily be reached in 20 minutes on foot. What's more, the Rato metro station is just 500 metres from the apartment and there is a taxi rank 200 metres away.

Madragoa is a traditional neighbourhood with narrow, winding streets where you can feel its history and discover lively restaurants and little local shops. Other historic neighbourhoods are yours to be discovered too, such as Bairro Alto and Chiado as well as the whole city centre which you can reach in just 20 minutes on foot, not to mention the banks of the Tagus River.

You can visit monuments such as the Belém Tower, the Jerónimos Monastery and many other places of interest in Lisbon, getting around on public transport (Rato metro station is 500 metres from the accommodation).

In this district guests are only ever 20 minutes walking distance from the heart of the city centre of Lisbon.
