Location and Surroundings

The apartment is located in the Madragoa area of Santos-o-Velho. This is a traditional and historic area of Lisbon, full of life with many restaurants cafeterias, bars, small neighbourhood shops and some Fado houses and museums.

It is close to the Lapa district, home of the Parliament, and the Santos train station from where you can take the train to Cascais, Estoril and the nearby beaches.

From here it's just a short 15 minute walk to the very heart of Lisbon, or you can take the famous 28 tram which stops not far away, to visit the central areas of the city such as Bairro Alto, Chiado, Baixa, Alfama and Graça.
