This large apartment is approximately 95 m2 in area and can accommodate up to 6 guests in total. It is located on the 5th floor of a building with lift/elevator

There are 2 double bedrooms, each with a large comfortable double bed, a desk to work or study and a large wardrobe to store clothes and other belongings. There are also 2 individual single beds in the spacious living room, which allow up to 6 persons to stay here in complete comfort.

The living room also includes two small desks with two chairs each, a common wardrobe, a 2-seater sofa and multi-channel cable TV. High-speed internet access is of course also available.

There are two bathrooms with toilet, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower unit. There is a dining room with a round dining table with six dining chairs, and a cupboard.

There is a lovely kitchen decorated with the famous portuguese "Viuva Lamego" azulejo tiles and which is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The apartment equipment also includes a washing machine and drier.

Lastly, private parking is available, since garage space for one vehicle is included in the rental price.

Location and Surroundings

This apartment is located in the heart of the Benfica neighborhood, very close to a small shopping district with three supermarkets, pleasant cafés, and just 5 minutes walk from the famous Estádio da Luz, home to Benfica, the most famous Portuguese soccer team.

The apartment is just 8 minutes walk from the nearby Colégio Militar Luz metro station, and a short 10-minute taxi ride from the airport.

If you have children with you, you'll be peased to know that the Lisbon Zoo is also very close, as is Portugal's largest shopping centre, the Colombo, which is located less than 10 minutes' walk away.

In terms of sights and attractions, in this area you can find several churches such as the Igreja de Nossa Senhora do Amparo, and the Igreja do Calhariz, as well as the Silva Porto park, Marquês de Fronteira palace and the Chafariz de Benfica, an ancient fountain constructed in 1788.
