Located in the most central street in Lisbon, Rua Augusta, this 5th-floor apartment in a building with no lift has 2 double beds and is therefore suitable for up to 4 guests. It was renovated in 2011 and its 65m2 area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room, full bathroom, independent kitchen and a mezzanine floor with a further double bed.This property, enjoying a prime location in the city centre, has a lovely roof terrace to sit outside and enjoy the views and the great weather. The flat is divided between a main floor and a mezzanine floor. The entrance hall has a beautiful wooden dresser and chair, along with doors to the other rooms and a wooden staircase which gives access to the mezzanine floor
On the main floor there is a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a dining table and chairs, sofa, and TV, and the kitchen is fully-equipped with gas hob, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pans, toaster etc. and there is also a washing machine. The bedroom has a window and a large double bed of 150cm x 190cm. The bathroom is decorated with traditional Portuguese tiles and has a bathtub, with shower unit, wash-basin, WC and bidet.
The mezzanine floor is accessed via some narrow wooden stairs, and has another double bed (135cm x 185cm) and a small window that offers a magnificent view of the São Jorge Castle.

This tourist property is located right in the heart of the downtown area of the city called the Baixa. The Rua Augusta is one of the most famous streets in Lisbon, since it is the very centre of this area.From here, you can walk to all the major tourist areas and attractions: the Rossio and Praça do Comércio squares, the São Jorge Castle, the Cathedral and Old Town Alfama district, and the trendy neighbourhoods of Bairro Alto and Chiado, although the street itself is calm and quiet at night, and your peaceful sleep won't be disturbed.
Just a short walk away, you can find the metro stations of Rossio, Baixa-Chiado and also Terreiro do Paço. There are several tram lines passing by this area, and many different bus stops. A taxi ride from the airport will take less than 30 minutes and the airport bus stops just 5 minutes away.
This area has many restaurants and shops, and several famous cafés. It's the perfect location for a great stay in Lisbon

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Lisbon, very close to many of the city''s attractions and/or public transport that provides easy access to all parts of the city. Cafes, restaraunts and shops are all close by and the atmosphere of the Rua Augusta is fantastic. The apartment itself is large, airy and light and has all the facilities we needed. It is on the fifth floor, but the climb is well worth it for the small terrace which overlooks Rua Augusta and is perfect for eating, sitting and relaxing or just watching the street entertainers below. Olivier, the apartment owner, is really helpful, sending lots of information about Lisbon in advance of going and immediately contactable while we were there. Lisbon is a wonderful city which we will return to and, hopefully, we''ll be staying in this apartment when we do

The home is very very nice and confortable. It is a typical portugues home whith all inclusive service. It. is very near to Rossio Station. The owner is kind and incline to help you in every moment. I reccomend so much to visit Lisbon and this home!!!! Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

Olivier was very prompt and met us at the apartment on time. He waited for us even as we were a bit delayed in arriving to the apartment. He was very thorough in describing the area and had many helpful suggestions for restaurants, markets, wifi cafes, etc. The apartment was beautiful! We especially loved the terrace and the views. It is a bit of a hike up the stairs, but we certainly didn't mind - and needed to work off all of the wonderful pastries we'd been eating! We had a fabulous time on our honeymoon and this apartment was located in a prime spot to all of the areas that we wanted to see. We would definitely recommend Olivier's flat and stay here again!
