Our company is a licensed real estate agent, and although we don't have a lot of properties on our books, we do offer a completely free consultation service, and can accompany you on every step of the process related to the purchase of any property. This service involves:
- contacts with other real estate agencies to identify the best properties according to your requirements
- scheduling visits, to which we will accompany you and translate where necessary.
- help in defining and obtaining the necessary documentation from both sides, including basic due diligence
- consultancy in relation to prices, the market and possible proposals for properties of interest
- organisation of an inspection of the property to detect possible structural problems, leaks, etc. Includes final report. (paid service)
- recommendations for notary offices and/or legal services, if necessary
- help in obtaining the obligatory Portuguese fiscal number (NIF), opening bank account, obtaining residence, etc (paid services)
- contacts for renovation, decoration or maintenance works
- advice for the best return on your investment, if not your main residence.
For the buying party, these services are completely free of charge, with the only condition that we are the ones who make the first contact with the selling party or agent. We can search for suitable properties, and refine our recommendations based on your feedback and requirements. Or, you can send us properties you are interested in, and we will make the first contact, register you as "our client", and in this way we can take a small share in the commission that the selling agent receives, and which is always paid in full by the selling party.
