It has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge, independent kitchen, bathroom with full bathtub, and is beautifully decorated with classical furniture.

The main bedroom has a queen-size double bed (160cm x 200cm) and is decorated in soothing pastel tones which combine perfectly with the natural light from the large window. There are two chairs in this rooom, and plenty of storage for clothes and other belongings in the fitted cupboards. Bedside tables with reading lamps make this a very comfortable sleeping space.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm), making this an ideal choice for a family with 2 children, or a group of friends. A beautiful cupboard, small table and reading light provide the furnishings, and the sloping attic ceiling provides distinct character. A double-glazed window lets the bright sunshine light up the room. Heating and air-conditioning is provided throughout.

The spacious living room maintains the stylish theme in this quality property with classical furnishings in deep red and polished wood. This is an expansive living space, providing complete comfort to guests with relaxing armchairs and a sofa, a large dinner table and 6 chairs, a coffee table, fireplace, cable TV, wi-fi Internet, DVD player, sterio and assorted paintings and other decorative items, all brightly lit by the windows along one side. The sofa in this room folds out to form a double bed (140x190cm) for up to 6 guests in total.

The kitchen also enjoys plenty of natural light and is fully-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and time-saving devices like a washing machine and dish-washer, as well as all the necessary cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Location and Surroundings

This holiday rental accommodation is located in the Praça de Luís Camões square, one of the most well-known and emblematic squares in Lisbon, right in the heart of the Chiado district, famous for its trendy cafés, designer shops and stylish art galleries.

Situated right in front of the luxurious 5 star Bairro Alto Hotel, the building stands proud on the northern side of the square, next to a convenient Metro station and just round the corner from the lively Bairro Alto district with its Fado restaurants, bars and taverns, and very close to several museums, operas, theatres and churches.

A 5 minute walk takes you to the central Rossio square, in the Baixa downtown area, or to the Elevador da Lavra, the first street funicular in the world. In the other direction you can walk to the enormous Praça do Comércio by the river, or to the Cais do Sodré train station from where you can travel to the beaches of Cascais and Estoril un around 30 minutes.

This area is full of shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, cash machines, public transportation (subway and electric trams) and 24 hour taxi stands, etc.

- For late arrivals (after 20h00 / 8h00 PM) there is a extra cost of 35 euros, after 24h00 / 00h00 AM, the cost is 50 euros.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day.
